Local pick up policy

I understand shipping can become spendy and if you are local I am happy to offer local pick up so you can avoid that extra fee! However, by offering this I do have to apply some regulations. Please read over each one and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions on instagram DM, or norajo.co@yahoo.com

-Once you place your order and select the local pick up option you will receive an email when your item is ready for pick up. PLEASE DO NOT COME PICK UP BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THAT NOTIFICATION.

-Pick up orders will be available at Urban Glow 150 N. Front St Central Point OR 97502

-I cannot guarantee same day pick up for all orders. I will do my best to always accommodate everyone's needs and get you your order as quick as possible, and I usually am able to get orders out the same day, however I do have a 24-48 hr fulfillment time frame. 

Open communication is going to be key. If you need something quickly, please don't hesitate to reach out and explain what you need. I cannot make promises to always fulfill an order the same day, but I can promise that I will always try my hardest to meet my customer's needs.
