About us

Hi! My name is Mel. My husband and I have been married twelve years and are raising our family in the small town we grew up in. I have a beautiful stepdaughter named Vaida and a wild two year old named Colby-Jo. My daughter is named after my two grandmas; my Nana Jo and Nana Nora, which is where the name Nora Jo Co came from. I started this online baby boutique in honor of both of them because they are two of the most influential people in my life. They both taught me the importance of hard work and I strive to pass that lesson down to my girls. Colby-Jo has been by my side as I've been creating this company and we've been working hard to bring the best styles to Nora Jo Co. We are so excited to kick this dream off and can't wait to see your little one in the cutest trendy clothes this summer! Thank you for being here!

Local pick up policy

I understand shipping can become spendy and if you are local I am happy to offer local pick up so you can avoid that extra fee! However, by offering this I do have to apply some strickt regulations. Please read over each one and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions on instagram DM, or info@norajoco.com. 

-Once you place your order and select the local pick up option you will receive an email when your item is ready for pick up. PLEASE DO NOT COME PICK UP BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THAT NOTIFICATION. This is an online boutique, not a storefront. I will set your item in the basket on the front porch with your order summary taped on your package. 

-I cannot guarantee same day pick up for all orders. I will do my best to always accommodate everyone's needs and get you your order as quick as possible, but all orders including pick up orders will still have a 2-4 day fulfillment timeframe. 

-Unless previously arranged with me, all orders will need to be placed on the website. I will not offer in person shopping, unless of course it's at a pop up. 

Open communication is going to be key. If you need something quickly, please don't hesitate to reach out and explain what you need. I cannot make promises to always fulfill an order the same day, but I can promise that I will always try my hardest to meet my customer's needs.
