Return Policy
If you need to make a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of your purchase date (either in-store or online). Returns are issued as store credit only.

  • In-Store Returns: You’re always welcome to bring your return in-store to Nora Jo Co located inside Urban Glow at 150 N Front St, Central Point, OR 97502.
  • To Start an online Return: Please contact us at norajo.co@yahoo.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
    Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Online Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a prepaid return label has been provided. Online orders can also be returned in-store.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Sale Items: Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    You will have 3 days to return any damaged items, after 3 days any damaged items will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item. You’ll receive an email once your store credit has been issued.

  • Store Credit: Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for mailed returns, as Nora Jo Co is not responsible for items lost in transit.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We’re unable to accept returns that fall outside these guidelines or items that are damaged.
